Again, this was about 8 years ago, so I don't know how much, if any, it has changed.
We flew into Copenhagen, and took a train to Gothenburg. A driver from Saab picked us up at the train station and drove us to Ronnum Manor where we had dinner and spent the night Saab puts you up for 1 night and feeds you dinner. The next morning we got a knock on our door and the gentleman who was handling or delivery (his name slips my mind right now) picked us (wife and I) and drove us to the Delivery center. As I recall the Ronnum Manor and the Delivery center are not too far apart. Our car was waiting for us at the delivery center. We finished the required paper work and had a walk around the museum. It was around lunch time now. We told out delivery guy we were hungry, and he offered to accompany us to a local "burger" place. He drove, and afterwards he had to drop something off at his house, so we go to see what a Swedish suburb looks like :-)
After lunch, we followed (in out car now, me driving) the delivery guy to the Saab factory. This was a little bit of a drive (30 minutes maybe?). We did the factor tour, and then we said our good-byes and we were on our own.
That was my experience in short. When I took delivery, Saab had no offer of air passage or anything of that sort. I think now they offer $1,000 in "travel assistance funds." I think you can use this however you please...
Even though this information is a little dated I hope it helps...
