...If you wait to buy an 04 Linear Sedan you aren't going to get one since its only going to be available in a wagon. You will have to buy an aero sedan or an arc if they make it in a manual.

I would have them fix it - check it out - and then ask for a few $$ off. This is no different than the hail storm deals you see. It shouldn't involve any paint work so I am sure they can make it flawless. If their smart and the repair is costly enough they will get insurance to cover it and fix it for less and make up the fact that they end up giving you a better deal. Thats what they do with the hail storm deals.
