Replacing Stock Muffler/ Jacking Points

Hi All-
After much deliberation, and a great deal from Goodman Motors, I decided to order the Saab/Remus exhaust for my 9-5. Now I'm wondering if I can install it myself?? I do have a good floor jack and a set of jack stands. I have never jacked up the car (Maintenance is free so far, no need to change the oil), but I was thinking I could lift the entire left side of the car and slide the jack stands into the factory jacking points. The exhaust is a cat-back unit, so I would need to remove the factory muffler at the cat, which could be the most difficult part. There are 2 bolts holding the system together, and a bunch of rubber hangers holding the exhaust in place.
Has anyone here installed the system themselves? I installed a cat back system on our Volvo, but that system was in three pieces, and this one seems like it would require less wrestling to get the thing off/ on. Should I just get a couple buddies to help me out and make it a shade tree project, or should I just pay Saab for an hour of labor and save any headaches?? Any input would help. Thanks.
