Took the wagon to get aligned today, as the rear tires were wearing very unevenly. The mechanic - an independant guy - said that the alignement specs for this car vary a lot from source to source. He said the source he trusts the most, Alldata, lists several different alignment specifications for the car, all based on the ride height of the car. He said the differences were very significant in his opinion. From this I've concluded the following:

Only go to someone you trust to get the car aligned. I recently had the car aligned at the local tire place (town fair) and it is clear now that they did it wrong. I suspected this the moment I drove it off their lot and I should have trusted my suspicion.

Definitely go for a 4 wheel alignment if you change springs or go with load leveling shocks.
