and sometimes, once you make up your mind, you just have to take the plunge. You got a deal that works for you and who cares if it gets better next month (but it sure feels good if it doesn't). Nice to avoid seeing another bmw clone on the highway. The residual is set by the dealer finance company - it's not arbitrary however it's not a guarantee of market value at the end of the lease. The way I looked at it on my new base car is that I'm paying under $650 in finance charges over the life of the lease - try comparing that to buying an off lease BMW!
