Thanks for reposting those instructions!
The two-man method works but I would suggest putting a few pieces of wood under the brake pedal so that when you push down on the pedal with a bleeder valve open, the pedal doesn't go beyond its usual stroke range (all the way to the floor)
If the pedal goes to the floor, what can happen is, the rubber seal in the master cylinder piston can go into a part of the cylinder bore that it's never been to before. If that part of the bore is rough it can ruin the seal and you wind up needing a new master cylinder. (Ask me how I know... lol)
