Lease deal looks good - you can always change the down payment and mileage allowance on these deals and they will adjust accordingly. From my experience, I was able to negotiate the price first, then the dealer applied the lease deal to the negotiated price - came out a little cheaper.
Comparing horsepower and torque, especially between a turbo and non-turbo engines, is pretty tricky. First, horsepower is just torque times RPM. Unless you plan on racing this car, or driving it at top speed, torque is the more relevant characteristic. The numbers you quoted are just "peak"; more important for everyday driving is how the torque curve looks across the entire RPM spectrum. If you notice, the Saab engine's torque peaks at much lower RPM; it shows that the turbo engine's accelerative capacity becomes available much sooner in the RPM range. This torque stays at that level up through almost 5000 RPM. In the Volvo, the torque value is much lower at low RPM, and only rises to it's peak up at 4200 RPM. Which means, unless you're revving the engine up to 4200 RPM all the time, you're not getting the most "thrust" out of the engine. In the Saab, you're almost always in the "sweet spot" of the flat torque curve, so the car will seem much more responsive than the Volvo (or any other non-turbo engine of similar output).
