Leaking Wagon Hatch

The hatch on our 2000 G.F. Wagon leaks onto the cargo cover. A small leak on each side. Has anyone else had this? Where is it leaking? Through the seals or through the window? I noticed another post back in August but there were no responses with any help? Any help on where to look, short of sitting in the cargo area and having my kids spray the car? Thanks
