Good/Bad Experience with 2001 9-5 SE?

I'll be buying a car in a few months and have a couple of cars in my mind:
- 2000 A4 2.8
- 2000/ new Acura TL
- 2000/2001 9-5 SE

* I have test driven A4 2.8 and quite like the handling, both the exterior and interior.
* I have yet to test drive TL. The whole package (engine, leather seat, sunroof, ...etc.) sounds like a great deal.
* I test drove a 9-3 (don't remember if it was the base version or SE) a few months ago. I thought it was just okay, not too impressed with the handling though, but I do like the Saab look. I'd like to give 9-5 SE a try though.

I saw a couple of used 2001 9-5 SE (~10k miles) selling for $29900 in IL and noticed a huge price drop from the MSRP.
Is this the average selling price for an used 2001 9-5 SE? Is this a good deal? It seems to me that Saab depreciates pretty fast in terms of $$. Does this have to do with the quality and reliability?

I'd love to hear your stories, whether it's good or bad. Thanks!!
