Likely best auto tran you can get in a car, made by the folks who build for Toyota/Lexus. As an fyi I recall reading an article about automatics when Chrysler was experiencing so many early auto tran failures. the authors disassembled both a Toyota and a Chrysler box, and they were simply stunned about how well the Toyota internals were designed, machined, and overall attention to quality. You can draw your own conclusions about the Chrysler results.
Then the authors contacted some leading auto tran repair shops, who said they rarely see Toyotas in for work, and surprisingly Isuzu was next, followed closely by other Japanese makers. GM ranked best among US makers.
