I checked the VIN# and confirmed it's a 9-5 Aero.

The 16" tires & wheels look the same as the one from a 9-5 SE. I wonder if a guy purchased a SE wanted the Aero tires & wheels so the dealer swapped them. All tires seemed to be new. Maybe there was damage on 1 tire and they tried to get a similar one. Actually the replacement has different MAX LOAD (91 vs 93), not speed rating (all are V-rated Michelin). The replacement actually costed more in Discount tires. Maybe they tried to keep the cost down or keep things simple in the Certification process.... Maybe there's why they gave me a quote of ~$19,000 and willing to reduce the price further.

I think if the dealer confessed they swapped the tires and wheels, I will try to get the price down another $1-2000. I don't really need the 17" W-rated tires but it seems that the value of the car should be lower. If the Carfax report is ok, is it still a good deal ?
