Car keeps passengers locked in... Can I change that?

my 01 9-5 Aero is probably working as it was designed. However, when I take the key out of the ignition it unlocks only the drivers side door. Is there a way to make it unlock all the doors? My passengers feel trapped! (ok, not really, but they don't like pulling up the lock).
Thanks in advance
Liam :-)
