It's a dealer done TechII adjustment. I had my car like that at first and quickly had it undone once i realized it was just the driver's door that unlocked. Thought everyone was going to rip off the door handles on the inside because they thought it was unlocked when it wasn't, so the handles kept snapping back on them.
