I rented a G35 last fall for a run from Pa to SC. It was an auto with 29 miles on the clock. The 3.5 in the G35 was a pleasure. I was averaging 26 miles per gallon driving 75 average. Overall I liked the car but I could not find a comfortable position for the drivers seat. Also the interior seemed more confined than my 95. I think the G35 is a great car but IMO not as refined or comfortable as the 95. The trunk space in the G35 didn't quite handle the luggage for two for a three day trip. Also, unless you opt for the all wheel drive, the rear drive may not be the best all weather set up. Good luck with your search.
