I'm in FL where Tire Kingdom is quite prevalent - there is a chance that their machine is not calibrated. If at all possible, find a shop with a hunter 9700 road force balancer. This machine applies road force to the tire with a roller that simulates the wheel actually rolling on the road, weighed down by the car. There are a few volvo dealers that have these machines, and they are wonderful. You might also have something else that is bent in the suspension, causing this issue. You could also have a bad tire, where a belt has separated inside. I would bet their machine is off - go find a road force balancer - go to http://www.hunter.com for more info.
