You get the right person. The right person is the Saab factory service rep. Until they give you his/her number, ask for the service manager and if they are unresponsive call the owner or general manager.
I don't know your style, but 11 of those 12+ probably were very sympathetic, but can't do anything. If the service advisor isn't moving fast enough for you, call his boss, the service manager. Owners and general managers will pass stern messages for call backs back to the service manager or in some cases, return the calls themselves.
Always be polite, ask for a return call, confirm when they will likely call back. Can you be gotten ahold of easily, or are you doomed to a neverending game of telephone tag?
Service advisor, service manager, GM or owner, and most importantly the Saab factory rep, are the only 3 or 4 folks you need to speak with.
