You car should not be "bouncy." Something is not right with the suspension. When we bought our '01 it had 36K and had just come off a lease. Over the next 5K we had several rubber bushings changed in the rear suspension and then we also had some replaced in the front. If you car is still under the Saab warranty there should be no cost to fixing the problem. But, even if the car is not under warranty get a good Saab tech to check it out.
Your 9-5 won't be as stiff as your 900 but it should feel safe and stable.
