If you can find either M1 0W-40 or M1 5W-40, your Aero will have a better film of protective oil than with any xW-30. A better oil film is your first & best method of preventing wear, so you generate less contaminants, which helps keep the oil going longer. My first choice for your area would be M1 5W-40. It has a better additive package (protection & cleanliness) & better durability than M1 0W-40.
