When you are taking your bulbs out to replace them, make sure they are actually burnt out.

I had one of the lights out, and the other operating only some of the time Then the second one gave out. Thinking they were blown, I took the speaker panel out, etc and got the bulbs in my hand. Then I noticed that they weren't blown. So, I cleaned the little bulb holders and the spots they attach to, and viola - perfect working bulbs. Not that it would be a money waster to put new bulbs in by accident, but if the holder contacts are bent/dirty and that is causing the problem. . .

PS - make sure you buy the exact same bulb. I always take small parts like bulbs into the store with me when getting a replacement. There are higher-wattage bulbs that will fit in the same holder, but will start melting things due to heat buildup.
