Jack up the car. Take a wire coat hangar, cut is so it is about 18 inches long. Get a piece of 2 x 4 about 8 inches long and drill a little hole the size of the coat hangar. Bend the hangar into an "L" (12 in x 6 in). Insert the hangar into the 2X4 so the "L" is upside down. Place the device next to the outside edge of the wheel about 1/4 inch away from the wheel and spin the wheel. Watch the space in between for any variation. this can tell you if you have a bent wheel, a spread wheel, a bent wheel mounting, or an improperly mounted wheel. If you place the "L" next to the tread it can tell you if you have a broken belt in the tire, or a high or low spot. In any event, you then need to take the suspect rim/tire to a shop and have it checked on a balance machine. Also, if your RR is bald before the rest of your tires, you may have a bad caliper.
