cruise ECU is 350.00 from the dealer. It takes about an hour to install. In addition, the cruise has to be diagnosed. I would guess another hour at the dealer. 4 tires at 100.00 ea. headliner will cost a couple hundred to get right. I am assuming you mean front crank seal (near firewall), 150 for the HB and 12.00 for the seal and 5.00 for the o-ring and about 2 hr. rough total would be ~1500 to get it right at a dealer. This assumes that everything else is in good shape. I paid 4500 last fall for a '92 T 3dr with 100k which needed less. A dealer will mark it up at least 2k to start with and will try to sell it without doing anything to it (safety or otherwise). I would offer 2k-2.5k for it if I needed another project, but that is me. I am notoriously cheap. Edmunds calls it at $4052.00 dealer clean with no 'issues'.
