Jim Moncrief is GOD....Alignment problem.

Great, got your attention.
After replacing all ball joints, tie rod ends, sway bar bushings and cv/ axles, and installing new Michelins, I dropped my 92 900S off at Sears (hey, I know, but its convenient to the office) hoping for a just a mediocre alignment. They just called and said, no charge because they can't do an alignment because the car needs a caster adjustment and they don't do that. Even for $89. What do they do, just the tow in/out, or does this mean something big is bent or worn out? Car was never hit or abused.
Car seems to ride/run fine at speed, however tires howl slightly on the parking garage concrete ramps. I don't want to roast the new tires on my 7/4 road trip or do anything dangerous, so what gives? NTW, a Sears affiliate, did the last alignment and it was great. Can only a SAAB specialist do this car? Or is Sears telling me that since they can't replace everything I just put in, they can't make money if they do it right?
Thanks in advance.
