You really need to look at the maintance history of the car. A well cared for Saab will run forever. 136,000 is not that high. Just know that a Saab requires a bit more maintance than a Honda but it also drives/ rides and all around is 10x any car to come from Japan. Find a good mechanic and have that person help you decide.
