I have a '92 900S with 120,000 miles. Recently I replaced the tune -up parts Bosch and NGK. Within 400 miles the check engine light came on and shortly thereafter it began to miss intermittently and cut out altogether. The plugs, rotor and cap had carbon build-up,so I cleaned them and replaced the coil and coil wire. And voila, it's deja vu all over again. What to do and check next is the question. Oh yeah, this may or may not be pertinentto the problem, I have a persistant coolent leak maybe about a pint or so week. I have noticed coolent collecting on a mount piece just below cylinder #1. The car does not smoke, however, there was a trace amount of rust at the base of plug #1 the first time I replaced the plugs, however, the second and third times it looked fine.
Thank you for any helpful advice,
jws
