It's something you get used to - and it's not all that bad.........
You just get yourself trained after a while..... I had a HUSCO in my 1990 SPG and loved it!!!!! The seatbelt issue was minor compared to the little twisting you had to do to start the car. Again - Nothing Major - and in my opinion Very Well Worth IT!!!! Unfortunately - they do not make one for my 1994 Convertible - Center Console is different. The unit does not flip out of the way - but it does slide back and forth. I don't think I ever had mine slid forward. And you learn not to get a coffee any bigger than 16oz. - or it will interfere with you shifting... The lid on a 16oz comes flush with the top of the armrest....
