Hi, Jim.
1. Changed damaged heater hose once (When Alt belt snapped while driving, it made deep scar on the lower heater hose).
2. Replaced thermo and heater bypass valve at 50K when felt uncomfortable.
3. Replaced left radiator main fan sensor, gasket only (noticed small leak).
4. Recently (78K), replaced all hoses as for scheduled maitenance.
Luckily so far, not overheated, nor stranded from cooling system problem.
I replace coolant every 20-25K and throughly check the system.
'93 900S 80K, driven since 95.
