VWvortex has been mentioned and I also make use of JWelty.com. I was doing an engine swap in my A1 Jetta (16v conversion) when I bumped into my Saab...now I guess I am "transitioning" to the Saab exclusively...The VW crowd is pretty cool BUT b/c VWs are pretty trendy right now you really notice it. Just go to the mall or grocery store in a new Bug or Jetta and you'll likely see 4 or 5 clones of your car...the red bug with a daisy in the cup holder that is being driven by an almost 60 yrs old "oh I remember the summer of love" sorta person who reminisces about their Birkenstock, long hair and no-showers days while worrying about the performance of their stock portfolio, retirement fund, six-figure income and where in the world they can spend their 8-weeks of vacation time for this year...Yeah...the VW crowd is fun if you stick to the "old school" crowd. Funny thing is however that the aircooled crowd thinks about the same of the old school watercooled as I express of the VW wannabe trendies... BTW, Saab owners are more technically adept (and many are sorta anal about the way their Saab is mechanically cared for...). ENOUGH and NO my VW isn't finished yet....
