Could be 2 things:
1. If the whole mirror housing is loose, the spring is losing tension. You can glue a small spacer between the bracket and the and housing to tighten up the assembley. Or you can get to the spring through the black triangle just in front of the window, and then bend the mounting point.
2. If it's just the mirror shaking, remove the mirror by rotating the white locking ring with a small screwdriver to unlock the mirror from the motor. Point the mirror full up so that you can see the locking ring behind the mirror. Once the mirror is off you can inspect the mirror for glue separation. If the glue is good, chances are the problem was just the locking ring coming loose. When you reinstall, make sure the ring is rotated to the stopping point.
