bolt out a tad so it goes free from tensioner bracket. Then you can move alternator freely toward engine and get enough slack to lift belts off the pulleys.
This is if the old belts installed are of Saab spec lenght. Someone may have forced too short belts on there at some point and then you might have to cut them because the alternator is already moved as much as possible toward the engine.
