I'm still confused... How many aux. gauges do you have? If only one, what's the coolant temperature sender got to do with the oil temperature sender? How can you 'split' those signals, they're all just DC & they're measuring 2 different things.
In general, each gauge has to have its own sender, and its own circuit from sender to gauge. If you have an oil temperature sender it needs its own wire to its own gauge. If you have an aftermarket water temperature gauge, I wouldn't count on the sender being exactly the same as the OEM sender. Even if they are, when you draw double the current from one sender (to supply 2 gauges), you probably screw up the readings.
