The coolant temperature sensor (AKA NTC sensor) is located between #2 & #3 intake runners. The Hall-effect sensor is inside the distributor; it tells the ignition when to fire the spark plugs.
I think if the Hall sensor is bad, you wouldn't have any spark. If the coolant temperature sensor was bad, it would start, but it would run real poorly. I also think if the AMM was bad, it would start but run poorly.
