900 wont start after driven..Please read!

my 88 900t wont start after it is driven..the car floods itself..i can pull the fuel pump fuse, crank the engine, car starts and quickly put fuse back in...i have changed and checked, AIC, AMM, new o2, and fuel pressure regulator....what next???? NTC and fuel computer??? anyone know what might be going on??? alos about the same time this occured it also reves to 3krpm on its on and revs extremly high sometimes, then after some driveing it cuts out and idels back to normal...and yes its not AIC, I have used 3 differ ones so far..but of course the car dosnt start after i turn it off..any ideas please help...
