on a street driven car, they are nothing but a pad wear accelerator and noise generator. They look like a cheese grater for a reason. It increases friction AND increases brake disc cooling. If you want something that looks like what 'real racers' use and have the money to burn, get them and a set of blue lights while you are there ;-). When was the last time that you had brake fade while driving your car?
