Oil leaking form new rocker cover seal...???

Hi to all of you,
I replaced the rocker cover seal two days ago. Was pretty expensive here in Luxembourg.
Shocked in the morning: BIG Oil leakage under the Saab (8v), even more oil than before with the leaking old gasket (seal).
Why this can happen? I adjusted the bolts with the correct torque and used a lot Hylomar on the seal (slim rubber cord).
Need I to change the seal once again? Is more than US$ 87.00 just for the rubber cord.
Engine is leaking in the area of the PAS pump is bolted on.
Suggestions?
