there are 2 bulbs: one is just above the fan speed switch(easy) and the other is just above the lighter(hard). Both can be accessed through the radio hole. The bottom one is buried under the hoses and wires behind the panel. For your first time, I would pull the left speaker hole and stick a good light down there and then use a mirror through the radio hole to find the lower bulb. If you give up, remove the instrument panel insert. Only 4 bolts, but you have to pull all the switches...bulb replacement is then a snap.
