Thank you all for your hints.
Very late last night we (a friend of mine and I) found the reason for the overheating: The small hose from the exp. tank to the radiator was blocked. The hose was replaced by a new one, with a small rubber chip inside! Next time I need to check all hoses before fitting....
But this was not the only reason, the new (!) head gasket is blown, due to improper reassembling. There's a good amount of coolant in the oil, Saab has to be taken back to the Main Saab Dealer Workshop in Luxembourg. They have to fix it again - under the surveilance of my friend and me!
Hopefully this will solve the problem.
Best things I've learnt:
- Never trust a Saab Main Dealer Workshop!
- Never trust hoses as free, check always before for freeflow!
Will report the statement of the mechanic at the workshop...
