From reading your previous posts it looks like it's never run quite right. Can you list what you've done so far, specifically, ignition and fuel related parts.
If I was going to take a guess I'd say that you're getting too much fuel or poor atomization. Bad atomization is caused by a goopy injector. Too much fuel when cold, usually points to either the cold start valve leaking, or the warmup regulator. How do your plugs look?
(As always with CIS systems test for vacuum leaks)^2
