Not a site, but here's how to do it:
Move sunroof back far enough to get a driver in to remove the 4 #10 Torx screws on the front of the unit, under the lip.
Pull the top panel forward and bring it up through the opening. Move the lower panel of the sunroof forward as necessary to give the top panel clearance for removal.
To remove the lower panel, first mark the positions of all four mounting clips which are held on by 2 nuts (it'll be obvious which ones they are). Then, move the panel all the way forward, and undo the 2 nuts on each of the mounting clips on one side and remove the clips - be careful to retrieve all of the small parts and remember where they go. You may have to loosen the clips on the other side enough to slide it over to that side. If it's a power sunroof, remove the rear clips on both sides to release the unit from the cables.
And, as they say in the old country, installation is the reverse of removal.
When you're putting it back in, be very careful to wash your hands a lot so you don't get grease on the headliner (BTDT).
