Thanks a bunch. He's our old sports car machanic, but doesn't have the smog equipment. We have also not heard anything of the mixture plug. We tested the o2 sensor, and it is definitely bad, and I am working on getting a new one to put in this weekend. The wiring is good except the very ends of the contact to the turbo boost switch on the radiator, and the cooling fan relay switch nearby. Like I said, my machanic is not a Saab tech, and doesn't have an air mass meter around. If you know any Saab only guys in the southern california area (I'm near Palm Springs) please let me know, I probably need to go see the doctor.
Also, can I put R-134A refrigerant in my R-12 system?
