speedo is only calibrated at one speed, usually 60 mph. Not always linear-accurate-along way away from 60 mph.
If you get an accurate RPM vs. Speed datapoint, then you can use algebra to figure it out.
...but I don't think you were going 150...
At 75 mph actual, then your car would be turning 2450 rpm if 4900 rpm equals 150 mph. Are you turning 2450 rpm at a TRUE speed of 75 mph?
