The rears are a piece of cake! Just like Baab said, tap out the pins with a drift and the pads come out with a little help. There should be some anti-squeel shims that come out with the pads. My 86' Turbo has Torx head screws on the rotors and don't seem to rust as they still look brand new. The front pads are a different story. I just put a set of Brembo cross-drilled rotors on the front this past weekend and it took quite a bit of work to get the old u-pin out. I would recommend gettng the new hardware kit for both the front and rear from the local Saab dealer or from one of the on-line sponsers such as eEuroparts, Sobstory, etc. Once you get the old pads out you will see where you actually have to screw in the brake piston to get the new pads in. I would also suggest getting a Haynes or Bently manual to help out. Good Luck!
