If going faster than 60 damaged our 900s, we'd all be in a heap o' trouble. SAABs are designed to be safe and mechanically sound for speeds higher than 100 MPH. Tailgating (or being tailgated, for those driving under the de facto road speed) can cause much more damage to your car than going over 60.
A good response to your question might be something to the effect of, "Obey the speed laws for wherever you're driving but don't drive much slower than the preveiling speed of the highway you're on."
