I came across another 1985 SPG for sale for only $800 in my area, owner says the body has little rust, I have seen the car before..its in good condtion, has all new shocks, steering rack, exhaust &tires, and better still, doesnt have electric/wiring problems!..owner did say the interior looks warn, but thats ok because If I buy the car (pretty sure I am going to)...the interior from my original '85 SPG will be used, because its all new (leather seats, headliner)...and it will need a new radiator soon..thats also ok because I have a spare brand new one I can install....so I feel better now, I loved my '85 SPG, and nothing I have owned since has really replaced it, even though I really like my 93....I have missed having my '85 SPG to drive.
Thanks for all the input guys! I appreciate it :) will post up some pics of the "new" '85 SPG if &when I get her! :)
