There should be a valet button and a microphone hanging down from the rear seat structure. The button is for 'valet mode' and the mic is for glass break.
From teh alarm owner's manual:
To disarm with the valet mode switch:
1) enter vehicle
2) turn ignition key to 'on' - not start
3) press the valet button before the 25 second entry delay time expires.
The alarm will sound immediately upon opening the door if it has been armed with remote control and has not been disarmed the same way. Executing steps 2 and 3 will stop the siren and disarm the system.
I hope that this will allow you to, now, passively arm the system, but I do not know for sure.
Valet mode is:
If the system is disarmed, press the valet button and hold for 1 second. The LED will flash once indicating valet mode. Valet mode means that the system cannot be armed.
To exit from valet, press and hold teh valet button for 1 second. The led will flash twice. This means it is disarmed and ready for normal use.
The way the manual reads, it seems that you wikll have to press the valet button to disarm a system that has been passively armed.
As others have said, you can get new fobs. You need to get the fobs and a chip for the main unit so that they all work together. all 3 chips must match for remote operation.
Let us know what you learn.
