...even easier, you could bolt the turbo and it's components (minus the APC system) to your normally aspirated engine/automatic trans drivetrain. With a manual boost controller and premium fuel, you could limit the boost to 7-8 psi and have a serious sleeper.
If you want to do more work, you could swap the turbo's motor in, but that would result in a lower compression motor. I'd stick with the '93 n/a engine.
