No start here too...

'93 900 Commemorative has had an intermittant problem of not starting. It' turns over, has spark, but no fuel. I installed a new fuel pump, and thought that fixed it for about a week and a half. Come to the car today and crank it over, but no start.
This afternoon I checked the fuel pump relay and can feel it click over when I turn the crank (truly a test in contortionism reaching under the dash for the relay, and over my right shoulder and behind my back to the ignition key, while on my back in the passenger floorboard!)
Next I disconnected by intercooler fan so I could listen for the fuel supply turn before hitting the starter. It looks like it's not priming at all now.
As side note, being an LH2.4 I hit the fuel cutout under heavy boost and am wondering now if that's the culprit. Could it be faulty and basically in cutout mode as it sits there?
I've had the car flat bedded twice to the shop, and natrually the jostling on the truck basically resets whatever short there is and it starts right up.
Anybody have any idea's? Truly baffled...
