Relay p/n 85 22 310

The car is pre-wired for fog lamps. You should see the connector for the lamps themselves down behind the front air dam.

I seem to remember a Saab parts vendor selling an entire kit which included all the parts you need to add fog lamps to your classic 900. I think it was SAS Saab, but I could be remembering wrong.
