Go to a junkyard for the dash switch. New ones are waiting for people to spend incredible amounts of money on them. Just make sure it latches on.
Make under-bumper brackets out of steel if you can't get them out of a boneyard.
Draken's right- the car is prewired for the lights. There's a harness tie-wrapped to each of the towing eyelets; cut off those connectors since they've been exposed to the weather for a couple of decades now, and solder in your own connections.
The stock switch plugs in to a connector just to the left of the instrument cluster, behind the turn signal switch. Remove the blank cover (and the headlight switch if necessary), fish the connector through and plug and light.
The relay (pretty standard as far as fogs are concerned) plugs in to the auxiliary relay box, position A or F, I think? Consult a wiring guide for this. Mine's not handy right now.
