You said it. Sounds like a Vac Leak to me. Sometimes you can find a hard to find leak with Eather. Start the car and spray it on all the vac lines one at a time. Also the intake. Anyplace air moves. If you find a leak the engine should speed up then drop back off when you move the can to a diffrent place. This works pretty well. First go over the car with your eyes and hand. Most times you will find it that way. But if not try the above. Worked for me in the past. Good Luck.
