What is a large wheel and what year car? In 87 the lugs were moved so you have pre 87 wheels and post 87 wheels. I am running 16" wheels with no spacers on my 89 C900TC. I did install studs to replace stock bolts. I am not sure what I have for back spacing but I can find out if you need to know. I run a 205/50ZR16. Hope this helps.
